How the License Reacquisition Process Works
Conditional Revocation: You may keep your license only if you pass both the theory and the practical driving test within a specified period—and avoid any new serious violations.
If the revocation is due to, for example, drunk or drugged driving, you’ll also need to complete an ANT course (Alcohol, Narcotics, and Traffic).
Unconditional Revocation: You lose your license for a certain duration (typically 6–36 months), after which you must reacquire it by passing both the theory and driving tests again. Usually, you must also submit a medical certificate and complete an ANT course if the revocation was due to alcohol or drugs.
